All clients must complete a rental application prior to receiving the vehicle.

    1. Age Requirement
      2. Due to the value of the vehicles, Spotlight Rentals insurance provider requires you to be 21 years of age or older. However, there are circumstances where we will rent to those that are between 18-20. Please call to discuss this option.

    2. Insurance
      3. You are required to carry full coverage insurance with you in the vehicle rented. You must also ensure that your insurance will cover the vehicle rented. If you do not have your own coverage, please contact us and we can assist you with further options.

    3. International Renters
      4. Our vehicles are also available to international customers with a valid driver’s license from their home country as well as a passport.

    4. Delivery / Pick-up
      5. Our VIP Pick-Up and/or Delivery Service is available upon request from any location for FREE within a 15 mile radius. If the pick-up/or delivery location is outside the 15 mile radius even if it is another state, please call for specific pricing.
      Pick-Up/or Delivery arrangements must be arranged 24 hours in advance. If it is within the 24 hour period, additional charges may accrue.

    5. Damage Deposit
      6. All renters must provide a damage deposit in the form of a credit card authorization. Any damage found on the vehicle upon return will be billed against this authorization. This amount varies depending on the vehicle being rented.

    6. Cancellation Policy
      7. When you make a reservation, we may authorize your credit card immediately for up to the full cost of the rental, though you will not be charged until you physically take possession of the vehicle.

      Due to the stature of the vehicles we rent, and our schedule can get tight, we offer a 24-hour grace period after you make your reservation to cancel, unless the reservation is within a week. If the cancellation is made post the 24 hour period, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.

      If you cancel or do not show for your reservation, you will be charged 100%. If you re-schedule within 7 days of reservation you will be charged 25-50% of the original reservation, although there maybe conditions where a cancellation is agreed upon such as weather. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
